REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The following link will take you to an online registration database for United Performance Volleyball’s 2010 Individual Skills Camp. In order to complete your registration you must complete the registration form and pay the deposit for camp. Once we have received both the registration and deposit you will be registered for camp.
In order to participate in camp you will need to have a completed registration, camp paid in full and a completed medical release by the start of camp. The 2010 medical release will be on www.upvb.com under ‘Camp Documents’ later this spring and must be brought with each camper as part of camp check in.
