Individual Skills Camp
At Presbyterian College
July 26-29, 2010
Resident $300 per Camper
Commuter $275 per Camper
7th-12th Grades
The individual camp returns for its fourth summer looking to build upon its success. Each summer we offer a four-day camp that offers some of the strongest instruction in the area. Over the course of the camp, each camper will receive approximately 25 hours of instruction plus leadership building activities. This high-intensity camp features coaches with College, AAU, USAV, JVA, and High School experience, to ensure the each camper will receive the most recent and effective training in volleyball.
Each day will include one session of general fundamentals, position-specific training, and competition, as well as a session of leadership training. During the sessions the players will have the opportunity to get one on one instruction on the most basic to the most complex of techniques. The Individual Skills Camp is designed to progress campers well past their current level of play and knowledge, as well as increase their overall confidence and preparedness for their upcoming seasons.
All training and competition sessions will be held in the Templeton Center so all campers and staff will be centrally located to maximize your camp experience and insure the best possible coaching. All of the meals will be served at Greenville Dining Hall and all resident campers will be staying in a Presbyterian College dorm. A camp store will be open each day of camp for snacks, drinks, UPVB gear and Blue Hose Volleyball gear. As a camp staff we work as hard as we can to provide an amazing camp experience that includes great tactical instruction, an environment that emphasizes having fun and hopefully a camp that promotes the building of lasting friendships.
